Mark Horowitz

Mark Horowitz is an experienced, international management consultant and trainer. For the past 20 years, his work has emphasized the importance of the creative attitude in personal, group, and organizational change. Jonathan Milton

Jonathan Milton has gained a reputation as an entertaining and inspiring workshop leader. He is also an insightful management consultant and coach, who has over two decades of experience working with individuals and groups in a variety of organizational settings. Jonathan has an extensive background working with Power and Systems, Inc. and has staffed the Power and Leadership Conference since 1972. Over the past fifteen years, he has developed a number of innovative training programs, and he has worked extensively as a trainer and consultant for teams at all organizational levels.

Mary Lou Michael began her professional career in public education, working as teacher, administrator and subsequently as a project director for a model program she created. Michael Sales was a consultant to this project in the late 1970s. To broaden her experience in organizations, Mary Lou went to work for UnumProvident Corporation, a disability insurance company headquartered in Portland, Maine. There she held positions as Human Resource Representative and Division Director. In 1986, she founded her own organizational consulting firm, Mary Lou Michael and Associates, Inc.
